Wire Transfer

Southwind Bank customers have the ability to send and receive both domestic and international wire transfers. Safely send money to or from to another financial institution anywhere in the world. Wire transfers are available for a set fee and must be received before 3:00 pm Central time to be processed the same business day.

The following information is necessary to have money wired to/from another domestic financial institution or to/from your Southwind Bank account. Please be aware that an additional fee may be charged by the receiving bank.

Outgoing Wire

To initiate an outgoing domestic wire transfer on your behalf, we need the following information:

  • Receiving bank name and address
  • Receiving bank’s wire instructions (ABA Routing/Transit Number and any additional information which may apply)
  • Recipient name and address
  • Recipient account number
  • Any special instructions

Incoming Wire

To have funds wire transferred to your Southwind Bank account, please provide the following wire transfer instructions to the sender. Merely providing our ABA Routing/Transit Number will result in a failed attempt to transfer your funds.
